The speed and agility training is designed to improve individuals in a group or one on one to learn the proper and effective techniques used in everyday sports such as; accelerating, decelerating, changing of directions, controlling body mass during explosive movements and the strengthen of core muscles through varies drills. Each training session is focusing on 1 of the 3 major skills needed to be an elite game changer athlete (Speed, Agility and Quickness). This will allow the coaches the time to ensure that critical development of good habits are being demonstrated and practiced.
Additional Types of Training:
First Step Athletics provide Jump Training for explosive vertical and lateral movement, speed and agility to improve multidirectional movements, speed training to improve on athletes running form, take off velocity.
